Customer Service

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards.

You will receive your order in four to seven business days from the date your order was placed.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Orders received on weekdays after 12pm EST, or on weekend or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
We currently ship only to the U.S.

There is a flat rate shipping charge of $7 per order.
For earlier delivery, we will be happy to offer next business day delivery for $25.00 per order.
We do not offer next business day delivery to Alaska, Hawaii or PO boxes.

Articles may be returned for credit or exchange within 14 days of the purchase date, as long as the items are unused/unwashed and in their original packaging including tags.
For all exchange and returns, you are responsible for shipping charges for sending the item back to us.
For exchange, shipment of a replacement item is free of charge.
If any articles sent are incorrect, damaged or defective, please contact customer service by phone or email  to verify this and arrange for the articles to be returned or exchanged.
